She has15 years of experience instructing various athletic activities and 8 years of experience teaching music classes that incorporate easy to play instruments for improvement of mobility and cognition. Aysha is interested in holistic health and holds certifications in Yoga, Ayurveda and Somaveda. Through the InstruMix program, she strives to make a positive difference in the quality of life of older adults around the world.
