Aysha Tenouri holds a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling. She has over15 years of experience teaching athletic activities, including yoga and gymnastics and 8 years of experience teaching music and movement classes. With a passion for utilizing a holistic approach to wellness, she used her knowledge of fitness and music to create the InstruMix program in 2017. Through the InstruMix program, she strives to make a positive difference in the quality of life of older adults around the world.
To use music and movement in a fun and engaging way in order to increase physical and mental wellness, improve quality of life, and bring joy to participants of all physical and mental ability levels including those with dementia and Alzheimer's.

Continuing Education Provider
InstruMix is proud to be an approved provider for continuing education credits for Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Approved provider status is pending for Music Therapy (CBMT) and Recreation Therapy (ATRA) Aysha implements all that she's learned into the InstruMix program and loves sharing that information with others.
