WHO IS INSTRUMIX?
Providing training and education to professionals worldwide enabling them to offer quality wellness programing that meets the needs of the aging population. Constantly improving curriculum, ensuring to implement the latest research and evidence based practices.
Our goal at InstruMix is to use music and movement in a fun and engaging way in order to increase physical and mental wellness, improve quality of life, and bring joy to participants of all physical and mental ability levels including those with dementia and Alzheimer's.
We do that by working directly with family members, personal trainers, long term care facilities, memory care facilities, wellness centers, community centers and anyone else who wants to utilize the InstruMix program. We provide training, instruments, ongoing monthly support, and access our choreography and music.
